Sous Vide Sales on Amazon

If you see any of my home or office-cooked meals on Facebook or Instagram, you’d know that I’m a huge fan of cooking using sous vide. In essence, this is about cooking things (especially meat!) at a very low temperature, for a very long period of time.

Amazon UK are currently (as of 21 November 2018) running some truly excellent sales on their leading sous vide gear – the same stuff that I use at home and that I think is excellent.

This involves my recommended sous vide circulator device for under £64 here:
Anova Culinary Sous Vide Precision Cooker. That device is the 800 watt version, which is almost certainly going to be big enough for your needs, able to cook a water bucket of up to 19 litres. There is, for £89, the 900 watt version available here. They’re normally much more expensive, so this is a very good deal to get into this super easy way of high quality cooking at home.
