A few times recently, I’ve been in Crystal Palace, in South London. On one of those journeys, I came across Sapore Vero, on the edge of the shopping area there.
In a building formerly occupied by a florist, the team produces excellent pizzas in a challenging space: the restaurant is small, with not nearly enough space.
But the Neapolitan-style pizza is excellent! A thin and soft base, combined with a bubbly and springy crust, makes for an excellent pizza.
