I’ve listened to literally every episode of the Manx podcast, Island Influencers, since it launched in February 2020. One of the best things about the Island Influencers podcast is that it is one of the few Manx podcasts which takes advantage of the podcast format to delve into various issues in a way that is not constrained by legacy media. Because it is available on demand, it can discuss issues in greater depth and greater length, and does not need to be shoehorned between advertisement breaks.
This episode with Neil Taggart is a great use of the podcast format, and is informative consideration of issues with the Manx housing market from the point of view of a real estate agent. In a world where there are various claims about housing, it is useful to listen to someone talk about actual facts and actual data.
