AI tool to deal with red tape overload

This is pretty funny: generative AI tools are being trained to deal with the huge volume of paperwork required to deploy nuclear power plants:

The Wall Street Journal says that to get a design approved took “around $500 million and its 12,000-page application had around two million pages of support materials.“

The red tape documentary burden is also very high in the UK and the Isle of Man, with (non-nuclear) developments requiring absurd stacks of paperwork: the planning application alone for a road across the Thames cost the British government four and a half times what it cost India to put a rover on the moon.

Maybe we will soon have an AI tool which produces all the paperwork to overcome the British and Manx regulatory administrative burdens.
